NEW STOP BEFORE ATLANTA: Stop in Hampton first and deliver the drum kit at the Hampton venue with Sam before continuing south to Atlanta.

After the Hampton drum drop, continue to Atlanta. Arrive early, locate backstage loading dock / truck access, check in with Kevin Bam first, then Sam. Stay with truck for unload until crew has what they need.

Return to venue: Post-show pullout ~10:00 – 11:00 PM
Pull-out goal: Around 11:00 PM once load-out is ready
Once the Atlanta crew unloads the truck, take the truck to the hotel, park it, get cleaned up, and get real sleep. Keep phone on and be ready to return to the venue at end of show.

Absolute Latest Arrival: 9:00 AM Sunday
Drive straight overnight from Atlanta to Hampton. Go directly to the backstage loading dock. Stay with truck for unload, then collect hotel key from Sam and sleep before the festival load-out / return run.
